The mission of the North Hall Junior Trojan Football Association shall be to foster and promote interest and participation in football activities at the elementary school level within the North Hall County School district.  The prime concern is that all who are involved with the organization have as their motivation, the desire to promote and encourage a spirit of good sportsmanship and fellowship, the desire to encourage a greater civic pride in football and the desire to encourage building and development of useful and worthwhile citizens by teaching and following the rules of fair play and good sportsmanship.
